Store Manager - Lincoln, NE.

Position Summary:
As Store Manager, you oversee the day-to-day operations of the Lincoln, NE location, leading and developing a high-performing team while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and manage branch employees in Counter Sales, Warehouse, Rental, and Repair Technician roles
Foster a customer-focused environment through strong product knowledge, service standards, and consistent customer engagement
Ensure sales floor and warehouse are well-stocked, organized, clean, and operating efficiently
Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and daily cycle counts
Monitor performance, address issues, and actively recruit top talent
Lead by example by performing all store functions as needed
Maintain a safe work environment and promote daily employee engagement and development

Qualifications:

Experience managing, mentoring and coaching a team of employees
3+ years of previous management experience is required
Construction or industrial experience is preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to keep your team informed and connected
Highly motivated
Detail-oriented
Ability to thrive in a team environment
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
